- Granulated Sugar200g
- Sour Cream200g
- Vanilla Extract1 tsp
- Eggs3 large
- Graham Cracker Crumbs200g
- Melted Butter100g
- Ofruta Strawberry Spread with Chunks1 jar

Prepare the Base
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.

Make the Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time. Pour over the crust.

Bake and Chill
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly wobbly. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour. Refrigerate overnight.

Top with Fruit Spread
Before serving, generously spoon Ofruta Strawberry Spread with Chunks over the cheesecake. Slice and enjoy!
