Passion Fruit Purée

Intensely aromatic passion fruit purée with seeds.

Instructions

Mix the Base

In a shaker or small pitcher, combine the passion fruit purée, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.

Assemble the Drink

Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour the fruit mixture evenly into both glasses.

Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
